How do I book my first appointment?
The fastest way is to book online through our New Patient Scheduling page, or call us at (806) 591-4528. We get most patients in within the same week.
Where are you located and is parking available?
We're at 3602 Slide Rd Suite B-13 in Lubbock, TX 79414, with easy access from the surrounding communities and convenient parking nearby.
What are your office hours?
We’re open Monday through Friday 8:00am–7:00pm and Saturday 9:00am–1:00pm. We’re closed Sundays.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes — we accept most major insurance plans. Our front desk verifies your benefits before your first visit so there are no surprises.
